Those are the people that I put in the ‘Do Not Call Back’ pile. Because first of all if you think that babysitting my child is only a babysitting job, then we have an issue already. I have been lucky so far with the caregivers I have interviewed and I am sure I will find someone soon. But I need to be very selective and observant when I do.
